Leadership style and employees’ satisfaction in selected small and medium scale enterprises in delta state

Employees have resigned from well-paid organization due to the leadership style of their managers. This study examined effect on employees’ satisfaction in selected small and medium scale enterprises Delta State, Nigeria. Sixty copies questionnaires were distributed which fifty-one returned used for this analysis. survey instrument was adapted both Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) measures transactional transformational Minnesota Satisfaction (MSQ) employee satisfaction. The STATA 13.0 statistical package. results showed a positive statistically significant relationship between when independent samples treated separately (simple regression). However, multiple regression models applied, report relationship, but now becomes insignificant. It is recommended among other things that managing directors should select right enhances worker’s productivity motivation.
